Although Halloween has passed, the buzz of this year’s costumes are still dominating the algorithm. This “Halloweekend,” celebrities took the internet by storm with their creative and mind-blowing costumes.

From over-the-top transformations to trending pop culture references, celebrities have outdone themselves. These are a few of the best celebrity costumes this year:

You can’t talk about Halloween without talking about Heidi Klum. Klum hosted her annual Halloween bash, one of the most anticipated Halloween events of the year in which celebrities and Klum, herself, dress up in elaborate costumes and outlandish makeup. This year, Klum and her husband Tom Kaulitz shocked fans by dressing up as Medusa and a stone soldier, her headpiece being covered in moving snakes.

Hailee Steinfeld, notable actress and musician, dressed up as her character “Mary” from Ryan Coogler’s “Sinners” (2025). The look she channeled was from the end credit scene in the movie, taking place in the 90s. The costume looked as though it came straight from a time machine, with Steinfeld completing the look with Mary’s lollipop.

“Mother Monster” Lady Gaga, known for her eccentric and fun looks, wore a “Gardener of Eden” costume. She did not disappoint, wearing a floor length gown covered in red tulle and different colored flowers while carrying a shovel.

Megan Thee Stallion, an avid Halloween lover and cosplayer, dressed as two different anime characters. The first costume was Choso from “Jujutsu Kaisen” and the second showcased the rapper as Drolta from “Castlevania: Nocturn.”

Earlier in October, she also dressed as Blaire from Soul Eater in an Instagram reel of her making a fun, spooky “witch’s potion” drink. All her looks are completed with her hashtag #HOTTIEWEEN.

Sabrina Carpenter performed in New York at Madison Square Garden on Oct. 31, calling this show “Short n’ Spooky.” She wore multiple costumes throughout the performance, starting the show wearing a Wonder Woman costume and changing into a pink cowgirl costume from the Barbie movie. She ended the night in an outfit inspired by the classic television show, “The Flinstones.”

“Love Island USA” season 6 winners Serena Page and Kordell Beckham’s couples costume was taken from Joel Schumacher’s iconic “Batman and Robin” (1997). They dressed as Mr. Freeze and Ms. B Haven.

Kordell and Serena were both movie accurate, with blue skin and lingerie decorated with snowflakes and icy white hair, respectively. They each also had separate costumes, Kordell going as Usopp from the anime series, “One Piece,” and Serena going as Storm from the “X-Men” franchise.

Lizzo is notorious for her wild Halloween costumes, last year going as Ozempic, a hunny bunny, a face card (literally), Edward Scissorhands and a fairy. This year, Lizzo went as the viral 24k Dubai Chocolate Labubu meme and as a Chili’s mozzarella stick. While the Labubu costume is only featured on her TikTok account, the Chili’s mozzarella sticks are featured on her TikTok and Instagram accounts.

Here are some other exciting costumes that you may have missed:

Ed Sheeran as Pennywise from Andrés Muschietti's "It" (2017)
Katseye as the different eras of Mariah Carey
Demi Lovato recreating her own meme
Julia Fox as the (controversial) depiction of Jackie Kennedy on the day of her assassination
