The birds are chirping, the bees are buzzing and the sun is shining. This could only mean one thing — Scarlette Magazine’s 2026 spring/summer magazine reveal is here.
This Friday, Scarlette Magazine is hosting our bi-annual launch party event. From 6 to 8 p.m. in the Ohio Union Great Hall, expect vendor booths, raffles and, of course, our much anticipated print magazine reveal.
This spring, the theme is “Fashion is Art” — a nod to the overall theme of our magazine this season, “Muse.”
Muses can be anyone and anything. In this issue, we explore the beauty of finding inspiration, as well as where and how it might turn up. It arrives hiding in plain sight or tucked into the mundane; on garish display or burrowed beneath your skin.
Muses bloom in the eye of the beholder, and this is exactly why we ask the following of our Launch Party attendees: wear something inspired by your favorite piece of art.
This, of course, could mean anything. While semi-formal attire is the preferred choice of our annual Launch Party guests, this is the time to let your inner self shine through. Art can be a Rembrandt or a leaf floating past your window. Channel the stoicism of an ancient Greek sculpture or indulge in the freedom of a flowing river.
Come as you are, or maybe as you wish to be. We cannot wait to celebrate the end of another lovely season of Scarlette with all the people who made it possible.
